Julynova Automation Platform

Julynova Automation Platform is a workflow automation application built on n8n. It allows authorized users to connect their Google accounts to automate tasks involving Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and YouTube data.

Purpose of the Application

The application enables users to:

• Retrieve YouTube channel and video statistics for performance evaluation
• Read and update Google Sheets as part of automated reporting workflows
• Create and modify Google Docs programmatically
• Create, read, and manage Google Drive files explicitly selected within workflows

How Google Data Is Used

The application only accesses Google data that users explicitly authorize through OAuth. It does not access private or unrelated files. It does not upload YouTube videos, modify channel settings, or manage subscriptions. All data access is strictly limited to the scopes approved by the user.

Target Users

This application is used by authorized internal business users for workflow automation and analytics purposes. It is not a public consumer-facing application.

Data Protection

The application does not sell or share user data. Users can revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
